Why do growing SaaS companies leak revenue?
Because onboarding becomes nobody's job. Early on, the founder walks every new customer through the product, and it works. As the company grows, that care disappears.
- MarketingStops at the signup
- Signup to renewalNobody owns this stretch. Users stall, trials expire, customers go quiet.Flow owns it
- Customer successStarts after the sale
Product is busy shipping features. Flow owns that stretch for you: we find where it leaks, fix it, and keep it fixed.

Jamie McDermottStarted Flow in 2020How does Flow work?
On fixed terms, with your own data, and we build what we recommend.
Fixed price, fixed scope, fixed date
Every engagement has a price, a deliverable and a deadline before it starts. No open-ended hourly retainers.
We build the fix
Each sprint ends with everything in our scope built, tested and handed over by an agreed date: live in your tools, and specced for your engineers wherever the product itself changes. You won't be left with a list of recommendations.
Your numbers, not averages
Every finding comes from your own analytics and billing data, with the queries you need to check it yourself.
Define it before measuring it
We agree what “activated” and “at risk” mean for your product first. Most arguments about metrics are arguments about definitions.
Targets are targets
We commit to the work: an agreed scope, built, tested and handed over by an agreed date. Revenue lifts are targets, measured against your own baseline, and we call them targets.
Advice for your stage
Built for companies from seed to Series B, not borrowed from enterprise playbooks.
Can't we do this ourselves with AI and our analytics tools?
Partly, and we'll tell you which part.
AI tools answer questions well once the terms are defined, but they can't decide what an activated account means for your business, and they don't ship anything. The harder part is agreeing those definitions and then building the fix while your engineers stay on the core product. That's the part we take on, for a fixed price and a fixed date.
Why aren't our trials converting?
That depends on what counts as an activated account for you. Which actions define it, and within how many days?
We've never agreed on that.
Who is Flow for?
B2B SaaS companies where people sign up or trial the product before they pay.
A good fit
- Seed to Series B, roughly $1 million to $15 million in annual revenue
- Self-serve, product-led, sales-led or a mix of these
- Signups are healthy, but trial-to-paid, retention or upgrades aren't keeping up
- Onboarding questions are taking over your support or success team
- Analytics or onboarding tools were rolled out but never set up properly
- AI products too, where “activated” is hardest to define and early churn is highest
Not a fit
- Agencies
- Enterprise software with long procurement cycles
- Products with no way to sign up or try them before buying
- Teams looking for open-ended hourly advice
